I'm a poor highschool student, and have no good ideas on what to draw. If I were to open up a commision store, would anyone be interested in buying any art such as a painting or a digital thing? Just a question since I'm in need of money.

You need to make your art be marketable if you want to make money from it. Remember how big the Internet is. You are competing with everyone for commissions. Ask yourself what do you bring to the table somebody else doesn't do already who is already more established. If you can't answer that question you should perhaps reconsider your approach.
