it's just sad that it's in these circumstances, RIP David Lynch. Eraserhead is the movie that got me into film as a kid. As a 10 year old, I had never seen something so weird that I resonated with so much and as I've gotten older I've appreciated his love for women that he presents through his characters.
Anyway, go watch Dumbland it's very newgrounds
"my work does so bad on other platforms" I suppose that is the curse of indulging in surrealist works. It's an acquired taste and many rather just stick to what's simple and familiar. Hopefully, more of your art reaches the front page this year.
I'm fortunate to be doing well in real spaces but the internet is not as kind. I'm grateful for the following I do have and always love reading comments :)
Rip David Lynch. Fun fact did you know he got to work with David firth (known as the creator of Salad fingers) on a Flying Lotus music video for their song "Fire is coming"
I didn't know about Lynch's connection to either of them, but I have seen the movie Kuso which Firth and Flying Lotus worked on together. If you haven't seen it I recommend it!
